If the 35 is tall and not a long variety of tank then go for it. The tetras will be fine with the angels (any member that has angels has said nothing I know of that says angels attack tetras). careful with the bn's. they don't get too big but they are plecos and all plecos create alot of waste so you want to watch your water stats very closely. tetras are notorious for being very unhearty due to over and inbreeding. You can do it, just watch the water conditions as i stated.

yep....

i`ve got an angel in with 30+ cardinals and no bother

ok thanks. :good: none of my tetras have died yet and i hope that continues

My pal had an angel and some neons... He woke up the next morning and only had a fat angel. Neon tetras are a part of the angels diet in the wild so I wouldn't chance it he may end up eating them...

i suppose you could. but after awhile you'd be left with the angels and the bn

My advice is get very small angels and grown them up with the neons. I did this and they got along fine. However, when some of the neons passed away, I bought three replacements... within a minute I had the horror of watching one of their gasping little faces slowly disappear down the angel's throat... Put me off angel fish for quite a while.

Big fish eat little fish. there are very few exceptions to this. Don T.
