Angels with bichirs?

will angels we ok with bichirs? i wanted to get a bichir, but i also want angels, but i dont know which to get for a 50 gallon. how many angels can i put in a 50 gallon? if angels wont work, will a firemouth cichlid work or a freshwater barracuda?

Edit: just did measurements, my tank is 55 gallons. what i was thinking of was
1-2 senegal bichirs
1-2 freshwater barracudas if i can find some
2-6 angels
7 congo tetras

anyone have any thoughts? its probably not going to have the barracudas though, cause i cant find any around my area, and i dont want to spend more than $15 a fish

A 55 gallon tank wouldnt offer the space needed for baracudas which depending on species need a minimum of a 125 when adult.

There shouldnt be any problems keeping angels with bichirs.

k thanks, how many angels can i keep in there? congos cant be eaten by senegals can they?

I know of someone who keeps congo tetras with bichirs.
I don't think he's had any problems with it (or has he?).

The congos are pretty fast.
