oh dear, I think my angels are spawing. I don't have the time or space for that :(

I added a third angel to my tank just under a week ago and it paired up with another against the other original one even though the 1st two previously got on great (this I previously posted about).

Well they're still chasing him off, as well as other fish and becoming protective over the amazon swordplant at the back of the tank. Now they keep mouthing at it - as in biting it, but not, sort of kissing it really. Are they preparing it for spawning? The smaller one of the 'pair' has also got fat, although i'm sure it/she was like that the day I got the new one.

What should I do if they spawn. I would idealy just like them all to get along (this may, I realise, not be realistic) as I like them all especially the beautiful onewho is being bullied. I was going to add a 4th angel to try and even this out. Do people think this will be ok?

The smaller one also has a tiny grey/brown bump coming from her...wel, er... bottom, is this a breeding tube? Its been there since yesterday, but i see no one on ther larger angel. To make matters worse, the bullied one has white stringy poop so now i think it has a parasite or something !!!

The behaviour you are seeing is the angels preparing to spawn and the females breeding tube has come down so she will lay eggs in the next day or two.
You have a big tank but i dont think you should add another angel as that will really mean lots of fighting for territory, especially if the other two dont pair up.
If you really dont want the young then dont worry about them as usually the first few clutches dont get very far and any catfish you have will feast on them at night. You could also remove the leaf with the eggs on and dispose of them that way.
The problem is, that now they have paired they will lay eggs every month or so.
