Angels How Many For A 30 Gallon Tank

my friend is starting a 30g tank and wanted some angels maybe a german blue ram or a jellybean parrot, but before that he wants to know how many angels would fit into a 30g.

30 gallons isn't too small for Angelfish, as long as the height is at least 18 ". I wouldn't put more than 3 in a 30 gal.

I would only put 2 or they could get a bit aggressive once they get larger.

Adult angels need 10 gallons each. You could have 3 adults in there, if you have 3 compatable fish.

Ideally you are looking at a pair in that size tank. I would start with 6 small angels, from a shop that will buy back 4 adults in several months. Let them grow out, and a couple will pair up. Trade back 4 adults. Just buying any 2 angels is not a compatability guarantee.
