Angels and Platies

Are platies fin nippers will they bother school of angels?

Nope, Platies should be fine with Angels. They aren't nippy at all. Angels can be a little nippy, but Platies don't have big fins like Guppies, so I think they should all work out well together.

Also, Platies are generally very peaceful fish.
