Angels and other ciclids?

I'm thinking of getting rid of my guppies and turning that tank into a ciclid tank, but i dont want to get rid of my angels will they be compadable with other ciclids? Will they work with a blood parrot?

blood parrot in an 18G would be a BIG no no... and the only cichlids you could fit in that size tank would be rams or kribensis or shell dwelling dwarf cichlids (all of which are fine with Angels)
