my angelfish is swimming loops! i think its not doing so good but i dont know what i can do about it. he looks like hes dying! I know its not swim bladder but what could it be. it looks like its still controlling itself and not having problems but at teh same time i dont know any fish that swims upside down

What are your water parameters? ie: ammonia and nitrites. You could try posting in TF emergencies.
