I noticed my Angelfish hasn't been eating lately So I Quarantined him. He has long clear(whitish) stringy poop, I did a research and I think its parasites in the stomach. I raised the Tank temp to 87 degrees and have been treating it with PraziPro ( recommended by my LFS). I'm not even sure if that is the right treatment for parasites in the stomach. I know there are meds that he can eat to treat it, but he isn't eating!!!! Need help and advice!!

I've used Octozin by Waterlife successfully but if it's bacterial not parasitic you'll have to use a different med.

Do you feed live food at all? If so then it is more likely to be parasitic than bacterial as live foods can harbour them.

Nope no live food! He only eats tetra cichlid bits and I only feed hikari frozen bloodworms and frozen brine shrimp. All my other fish are real healthy and are eating like pigs! Need advice on what else to try without dosing more meds on him!

I assume the "active ingredient" in Prazipro is Praziquentil. If so, a good choice for internal parasites (although they do make combo meds with other ingredients like Metronidazole which cover a wider variety of internal parasites-prazi is especially good for dealing with camallanus worms). Is it medicated food or a tank treatment? If internal it really should be food. They need to take the med internally to rid of internal parasites, but if the fish isnt eating its a good place to start. Tank treatment is really only effective in stopping the life cycle of the parasite in the tank (ie in the substrate). I would keep the fish quarantined and continue treatment for the recommended duration. Keep and eye on the poo for signs of improvement in color and consistency. Does the fish look skinny or bloated at all or flashing/rubbing? Red anus? If so, good sign of internal parasites.
May be worth treating the main tank as well, just in case. Never hurts to "worm" the fish.
All the best
Cheers

Well its been a week in quarantine and looks like nothing is working out. He is looking very skinny from the lack of food. I tried frozen blood worms to see if it will jump his appetite but he just eats it and spits it back out. I've raised the temp to 90 degrees and up the treatment of prazipro but he is still getting white stringy poop. I'm going to try one last attempt on bringing him back with garlic extract.... Any suggestions on what else could be done would be much appreciated.

If the parasite meds aren't working then I'd be looking at trying bacterial meds though I know you said you'd prefer to avoid more meds. Just make sure all the other meds are out of the water before adding new ones. It won't hurt to try the bacterial ones as something is clearly wrong and if he is not eating he will eventually pass away through starvation :(
Good luck, he looks a beauty

Well its been about 3 weeks in quarantine and still spitting out his food with white stringy poop. I've got temps up to 94 now, frozen Hikari blood worms soaked in garlic extract overnight. Still nothing and he is getting skinnier by the day. Used up almost half the bottle of PraziPro. Tried jungle antibacterial meds. He is acting normal and comes to the top whenever I approach! Swimming normally with no fin damage. I have no Ideal what else I can do to help him?! :(
