Angelfish With White Slime

my angel has a whitish slime up on dorsal fin
my stats are ammonia 0 nitite 0 nitrate 5

i do water changes every other day
what could this be
fish is still active eats a ton
its mated with another angel

Any slime on body or gills of the fish.Any signs of flicking and rubbing, laboured breathing, darting or erratic swimming.

Signs of finrot are.
White or red edging to fins.
Transparant fins or cloudy looking fins.
Fins rotting away or falling apart.
Red streaks in fins.
Fins that stick togother or excess slime on fins.
