Angelfish Stress Question

Everytime i put my hand in my tank to do something one of my small aneglfish loses its colour and then it comes back within 10-20 minutes, is this due to stress??

It's been in the tank for around 3 weeks now, it's fine until i put my hand in to do something or re-arrange a plant or something or to clean the filter, i thought it was stress just think it's weird lol.

Yeah most of my fish freak out when I do anything in the tank... I think it is just their nature to stress out when something that big happening to their habitat. I would say it is normal. Your fish could still be acclimating too.

yeah its completely normal... they loose the color because they want to loose all the visibility they have, so that the weird object that has been stuck into their home can't see them. I have noticed on my though, that they become used to me, and they now enthusiastically come towards my hand.
