Angelfish Question

Is it safe to keep some angelfish in a 25 gallon tank with a loach and an ottocat? Or this tank size too small?
I've always thought they were cool fish.

what are the dimensions of the tank, you could only have 2 MAX in there, but they will grow out of it.
they can get up to around 8" in height and are aggressive fish, this is worth bearing in mind.

and i believe ottos like to be in groups.

Yes I know ottos like to be in groups and so do loaches. In the past I had a 4 ottos and 2 loaches, one loach in the pair always died a month or so later. They got thinner and thinner until they died, no matter how much I fed them. But one always stayed healthy. I tried this a couple of times and then gave up. This loach has been doing great for about 2 years now by itself. Same deal with my ottos. This little guy seems fine and I've had him for at least a year now.

I'm moving all the guppies out of there to a new home and I'm just thinking I want to put just a couple of flashy fish in here that will be fun to watch, because right now it seems empty. Any suggestions? I like gouramis but I have had nothing but trouble with them in the past. One always starts attacking the other even if they were of opposite sexes.
