Angelfish Parents

Hello my angel pair spawned for the first time the other day so i removed all tankmates. Now the fry have hatched but are not free swimming the parents are moving them from leaf to leaf in groups. Is this normal behaviour or are they preparing to eat them or something? thanks

Cichlid fry go through a wriggler stage for around 4 day's, then become free-swimming. They are moving them becasue they feel that they are threatend!!!!!!!!!!

normal behaviour. since its your pair's first spawn, dont be surprised if the parents eat fry. it takes a number of batches (normally, but there are always exceptions) for them to raise their spawn successfully
