I bought two quite large angelfish 2 weeks back, they have their own 80 liter tank.
The tank was cycling for quite a while and everything seems fine.

The fish was fine the first week, but now they lost their colour, their white!
what's happening too them, they are eating and they seem fine
but there's this little white stuff in the water, on the gravel and the plants, can it be fungus?
they had very red gills, so I treated the tank with fungus stuff and the redness are gone now....
can this white stuff be fungus?

please help, i don't wanna lose my angels because of my lack of knowlegde!!

Angel fish need to be in a 30gal tank so the tank is why to small for them, going pale is a sign of stress, and red gills can be due to poor water quality or gill flukes.
Can you post water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
Plus i would get the white stuff out of the tank.

I did a water change over the weekend, and removed one plant that looked suspicious
also cleaned off the white stuff..... I did put in some stress medication aswell.

I will post the water stats tomorrow, will do it tonight.

PS: one thing i remember now, just before they became so white, I did put in this white powder which is bio-filter booster and a water conditioner, I'm thinking this might be the white stuff? And could this white powder be the cause they are sooo unhappy now?

Angelfish need more than 2. The biggest will make the other one unhappy. This causes stress too. I would maybe buy atleast one more. Also, the fish takes a while to settle in. During this, it will loose it's colour but it will come back. What type is it? A silver?

80 liters is roughly 21 gallons of water which like wilder said is to small, I'd recommend returning them to the pet store and getting maybe 6 to 7 black widow tetras and a few corys.
