angelfish gender

I wanted to get a pait of angels, i male one female, and i didnt know how to tell, i heard the anal fin on a male is pointed, but i havent seen any non pointed, so if u know how to tell, can you please provide a picture if possible! Thank you very much!

I have 3 2 male 1 female. And pretty much the only way you will know is when they pair of (like mine has done) and one engolfes with eggs.

will two angels work ina 60 gallon? how many could i fit in a 60 gallon with still some room for lots of other things?

2 will def work in a 60 gallon. That is if the tank had room in it for 2 angelfish. Which yours doesn't seem like it does.

all i have in there is 3 dwarf gouramis, a pearl gourami, and 1 angel and 2 plecos and a syno

but you might get a pair that will take up a territory in your tank and they will attack any fish that comes into it. And having 2 plecs which i recall don't recognize territories its a danger they will get killed. Plus Those plecos are goona get really big so less room for the angels territory causeing more aggresion.

the plecs dont get big, they arent common, the clown zebra plec only gets to 3-4 inches, and the rubber lipped USUALLY gets to 3-4, but sometimes 5 inches. i am only going to have one angel i guess lol
