Well i have had my larger Angel since January and after dealing with ich and getting the tank to return to normally i added another Angel. My larger is i want to say 3 inches long with 5 1/2 high ? while my small angel is maybe 1 inch long 1 1/2 high. I was really worried about aggression in the larger one towards the small but after watching the them for like 2 hours my larger didnt seem to bother with the small, this was probably.... 2 wks ago maybe? now over the past few days i noticed something very odd. The small one follows my larger one everywhere kind of like a lost puppy dog. its like the small one feels safe being with the larger ones side. I think its cute because the larger one will dart off across the tank and trailing behind will be the small one. Im not sure if this is a sign that they have paired up or what but i thought i would share it. Does anyone elses act similarily?

That is cute. Mine don't do that but they are all around the same age/size. Two of mine have paired up though i think they are constantly next to each other and they even sleep side by side :)

Actually angels are shoaling fish. Yours are still small so they have the safety in numbers mentality. When the little ones get bigger you'll start to see them wandering off on their own alot more. The vast majority of us dont keep them in the large shoals that they like to be in. Lets face it, who has a tank that big?
