Technically it might be a possibility, since they tend to use different parts of the aquarium. You'll need room to include rocks for the Labs, plants for the Angels, and still have free swimming space for all - a pretty large tank. Water parameter issues are negligable since both these species have proven quite adaptable, and any worms should be excluded from the Angels diet - they're no good for the Labs.
I wouldn't recommend it anyway. The Labs will probably freak out the Angels even if they're ignored, and stress will always take a negative toll on a fishes health and behavior.
