Angel Ram Info?

I'm finding it hard to get any solid info on these fish. Anyone have any experience here or info?

I picked one up a couple of days ago and it hasn't eaten since, it just hides all day... I'm not sure if this is normal at all for rams as I have never had rams before but any info would be great.

I'm going to mix in some garlic water to some shrimp a little later and see if it will go for it. any objections?

Angel Rams are more commonly called Balloon Rams so try googling that
I don't know much about them but i can't see them being that hardy due to the selective breeding process they are put through

Balloon Rams are German Blue Rams except the circular body shape. I keep one balloon ram with 4 GBR's and I can't tell the difference between them except for shape n szie. Seems to be a morph and some people find this disturbing. Its behaviour sounds normal unless it exceeds a week without eating and constantly hiding. They like lots of caves so if your tank is bare it may take the Ram longer to settle in. He or she will eventually get to know you and will recognize you. They're shy and easily startled, avoid making fast movements infront of the tank. My Balloon Ram loves Brine Shrimp. Haven't tried Garlic though, how do you prepare it with garlic?
