IMO yes but wouldnt have much else in there except some cories and a pelco for cleaning up the tank.

Yeah, I have a 29 gallon with 2 angels, 3 small red eye tetras, 2 cories and 2 rubber nose plecos, works well.

Hey cody, it's best to get a few young angels and raise them until a natural pair forms, that way you don't end up with excessive fighting.

well wot happens if you end up with 3 males and one female or 4 males
