Hi ,

I have had 2 angels in my 4ft tank for a few months now , though recently the smaller of the 2 has started to nip the fin's of my larger angel , resulting in him hiding in the cave ornement . other when i feed them.

They were getting long just fine , though now it seems they carnt stand the site of each other

What shall i do ? leave them as they are ? or seperate them ?

HMm if you can I would seperate them. ANgels tend to show agression towards each other, but this is normally a show of toughness. They will liplock or SHake their bodies at each other. If there is fin nipping, it may just be abully issue.

when i added a new angel in with my pair, they were so excited (bcause they were breeding) and i guess my 3rd was feeling left out (i dont know) but he started nipping my bigger ones and when they had laid eggs they switched on him and he hid away all the time, so i decided to just watch carefully and they just got used to each other. Just keep an eye on them and if it gets really bad just seperate or return the angel for another or something else. JMO thats what i would do
