Need tank size in gallons or litres, water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, how many fish and which kind, any fin nipping, if not it could be bacterial finrot.
ok. water tests are all fine. fish are new fins were missing when introduced to tank. i think maybe it was badly netted because it was fine in the shop.
