Angel gone missing

What could have eaten it?
in the tank theres
1 bristle nose, and I think its part blind
1 blue gourami, really small
1 white angel, really small
1 big apple snail,
2 tetras, very spacey

it just goes poof, and its gone. Its not in the filter either.

How much time passed from when you last saw it to when you noticed it missing? Youd be surprised at how quickly other fish can gobble up a dead one. Especially plecos, they latch on and dont stop until theres no more.

maybe 24 hours? It was being picked on, its so sad that its gone. It was such a nice fish. I dont think ill be getting another one though because of the disapearance.

I agree with KH, the b'nose could have consumed it,with the help of other fish, in quite a short amount of time.

Is your tan heavily planted? does it have a lot of hiding spaces?

well I found the fish this morning, all eaten and floating on the top. It has alot of hidingh places and plants now. I re did it before the fish disapeared. But i guess it was to late.
