Angel Gone Into Hiding

90l planted tank. water stats are fine and have been for 2 years now
population 5 neons
2red eye tetra
2cherry barbs
2glowlights
3male platy
1female angel
the trouble is with a male angel i added yesterday, on the first day he was fine looking around tank and meeting his mates
come home today and he is alive but under a stone, lifted the stone up and he came out for a bit then went behind the filter
notice the red eye tetra is moving towards it and it hides
but the female angel isnt bothered by anything
how can i help him come out, dont want to lose him as they make a really nice pair

This is likely a stress response. Give him a week to settle in and work out heirarchy issues with other fish. This is a small tank for two angels by the way. For a pair they really need a 160 L minimum.
