:* hi i was wondering if anyone knew how many Angel Fish i could have in a 2ft tank ????

How many gallons is that please.

You could fit 2 if it is a taller tank. Angels require more depth than most fish, due to their taller body shape. Many breeders keep pairs in a 20 tall, which measures 12"x24", 16" deep. If the tank is any shorter than that, then don't put them in there. I've heard of breeders keeping pairs in a 15 high, 20"x 10", 18" deep, or keeping 2 pairs in a divided 29 gallon. The height matters more than the length.

Never assume the gallons of a tank based on the length. I have a 30 that is two feet long, so I am one of those pesky exceptions.... ;)

That is true NinjaSmurf. What if it is one of those goofy wall tanks that are 2 feet x 4 inches? You could keep some neons in there, not really much of anything else.

i have two young angels in a small tank. its 24" long and 18" deep.

my other 2ft tank has got 3 zebra danios, 3 x ray tetras, 3 neons, 2 plecs, 4 pearl danios,9 tiger barbs,1 cory and 3 platties.they are fine and doing well in that size tank :)

To determine stocking for a tank you need 3 dimensions. It could be anywhere from 15 to 30 gallons, perhaps more or less.

Only 1 measurement of a tank doesn't help much. My house is 30 feet. How many people can live in it? 30 feet doesn't help much unless you have a few more measurements.
