Angel Fish

Hi all my Angel fish started with two white spots slightly raised and now it has turned in to a white area with is slightly flaxy no other fish are affected and all water pramiters are good any ideas what it is

Size of tank in gallons or litres?
How many fish and which type?
Can you also post water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
What do you mean by flaxy?

The spots were they the size of a grain of salt. Or bigger.
The white area does it look beneath the skin or on top.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing.
Darting, or erratic simming.
Any exess slime on body, gills, fins.
