I have just looked into my tank and seen some tadpole like jelly looking white and black beads stuck to the heater, one of the angel fish has eaten a few, but got attacked by another angel fish and now they are both hovering around the heater, what is this, never expected this, and do not know what to do. Do i leave them alone and wish for the best, or do i seperate them....if so what do i need to buy and where from....thanks in advance

Will be best with a picture! But it probably is eggs. Can you still see a white tube like thing hanging out the bottom of either angelfish? Also White eggs will be dead eggs or infertile eggs.
Leave them they will be fine together, I would guess this is there first time, so don't expect anything yet you may have a few months until they get it right!.
Can I ask how many angel fish you have?

hi thanks for reply, i have four angel fish, 2 quite large ones, that are hovering around the heater where the eggs are, and two medium sized ones. can i still clean and change the water as normal?

Yes clean the tank as usual. if you have seen them eating them, they wont last much longer. But they will always breed again. If you are looking to raise the angel fry, you will be looking at pulling the eggs, which involves taking the eggs of the parents and raising them yourself.
Here is the thread from the first time my angels spawned, It may be of interest. Any more questions feel free to ask!

thanks, you mentioned in your other post that the eggs need to be in another tank seperate from parents do i need cycled water for the new tank for the eggs and fry, or can i just fill it up with tap water and dechlorinator and put the eggs in there and hope for the best, i want to be ready for the next time they spawn.....also can i buy all the equipment from pets at home....even the methy blue stuff thanks for you help

Yes what you will need to do is, take out water out the parents tank, To fill the tank, also a filter will be needed but only when the fry become free swimming, so it may be best to start running a small bubbling filter in you tank, and put it in on about the 5th day after the spawn. Yes methanol blue is quite easy to find I don't know about pets at home but I should say so, then dose the amount recommended by the product. The water should be a dark blue colour, and when the fry become wriglers you will need to start 25% water changes.

Also you will need a air pump to circulate the water over the eggs.

Was going too come in with my two pence but its all been said already :haha:
