Angel Fish?

Can you keep angel fish in a tank with livebearers? What size tank minimum do they need?

You can keep angels with livebearers, the angels will munch on the livebearers young tho they are excellent tiny fish hunters. 20 gallon tank minimum, the bigger the better obviously.

Ahh okay.. I have a 55 gallon that has mostly livebearers in it.. So adding a couple angels would fit nice.. They are beautiful fish but I didnt want to buy them if the 55 gallon wasnt big enough.. thanks so much for the info

Angels are good at hunting or ambushing small preys.......your Angel will be fine with some livebearers...untill your Angel fish grow, your Guppys and frys would be on top of the menu!! but I woould say yes it's okay to keep angelfish with livebearers, good luck
