Tank size: jewel vision 450ltr

Fish Symptoms: ihave recently added three angel fish to my tank to acompany the previous one i had. the problem i now face is that three of them get allong fine but the old angel is bullying one of the new ones and has relegated it to underneath the built in filter (although i do not use this filter i have an eheim pro2 external filter i cannot remove the internal box). any time the fish trys to move out the old angel will get very aggressive and 'herd' it back. all the angels are of similar sizes ect.

would i be best to remove the bullied fish as i have a friend with a large tank that could take it??

i went through something similar yesterday.the only difference was i have 5 that have been together for a year and 1 just went nuts on 2 of mine.i removed the bully because i figured it would eventually start attacking the other 2.

this is advice that was given to another memeber in another thread by Tolak - specalises in angels im not sure how to bring you the whole thread but heres what he had to say regarding aggresssion

You are seeing an angel being territorial. Remove the aggressive angel, keeping it in a bucket for a few hours is fine, as long as it is in a reasonably warm area. A small tank is even better, as you will be giving the new angel time to settle in.

Rearrange the decorations in the tank, angels key territories off of objects in the tank. Let the new angel settle in, you can do this while rearranging. It often helps to arrange the decorations as a sort of natural divider.

After at least few hours put the aggressive angel back in. If you can keep the aggressive angel in another tank for a couple of days all the better. While this is no guarantee, it may help.
