hi:C i recently just got myself an angel fish almost a week ago and i put it in my betta fish tank along with a tiny pleco and a tiny pink gourami? i dont quite know but that fish is currently irrelevant.

i was feeding my fish and the betta is always greedy for food. my angel fish came in and snagged some of the food and the betta got really violent and proceeded to biting the heck out of the angel's dorsal fin:C

i took the betta out and i'm severely worried about my angelD: will it grow back? what should i do?:[

i've never dealt with such a thing before and i don't know what to do.. help me>A<

It will grow back. 50% water changes daily for a week, every other day the second week. I've dealt with this countless times breeding angels, pairing angels can get real aggressive.

I've tried various things along with the water changes, really clean water itself is what has proven to work best. A smaller tank helps with the water changes, a 10 gallon is fine for a single angel that is healing up.

Don't let your local shop sell you something you don't need. They will sell you salt, antibiotics, and so on, none of it is needed.

i see, sighh:[ i feel like such a terrible owner giving it only 2 gallons of water:[ i'm working really hard on buying a bigger tank, atleast used or something:[
