hi ive just read Tolak's pinned topic on a pair of angels breading, a pair of mine have just spawned, and laid there eggs on the side of my jewel filter. the post talks about pulling the eggs and moving to another tank.

my question is how can i remove the eggs off my filter or is this even possible

thanks in advance andy :good:

Unless you have another filter and can switch media it's impossible. Angels love to spawn on immovable objects like filters & intakes, I don't know how they figured that out.

I never pull the first spawn, it usually has a low fertility rate. They will spawn again in7 to 14 days. Try putting taller plants in front of the filter as a deterrent, or spawning area, as well as taller objects around the tank. I like using pvc pipe, I always have some around for one project or another.
