My angel fish has come down with something that I am not too sure about. Recently noticed that its pectoral fin on one side - the part that joins the fin to the body was red and looked a like it had fungus. I administered melafix for about 3-4 days and noticed that there was no improvement. Over the weekend, I noticed that around its head and general area on the same side with the dodgy fin, there were these white spots (very sure it is not whitespot diesease)and also the area had some slime over it. The fish is also flicking on that side as well. Not 100% sure of what i am dealing with, I have dosed the tank with "Interpet Velvet & Anti-slime" after a little research but now I am not sure I am doing the right thing.

Anyone give me any pointers?

Here is a photo but it is not that good. Very hard to get an appropriate photo ....

No other fish in the tank are showing any symptoms

Thanks

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

How big are the spots. Are they size of a grain of salt.
Can you enlarge the pic as it hard to make out.
Any redness to the spots.
Do the spots look like there filled with fluid.
