I must have a male and female Angle fish, one has laid eggs on the filter, they are both swimming around and snapping at any other fish who come near. However last year when they did this, and I noticed, the Gourami and the Red Tale Shark must have eaten them or something. What can I do, I only have this one fish tank
Will all the eggs hatch or something if they survive? I have no clue what to do or expect.
Thanking anyone in advance,
Laura

YOU CAN BUY AND BREEDING TANK THAT WILL FIT INSIDE YOUR OWN TANK, THAT'S WHAT I HAVE NOW WITH PEACOCK ENDLER IN AND SMALL SNAILS

and can I get this from Pets at Home or do I need to seek a specialist shop or online. Is it big and do the Angle Fish go in with the Eggs?

if you want to breed and grow out the angels you need to be prepared for 200+ fish, your gonna need something like 300 gallons worth of tanks to grow them all on in. Sure Tolak will pop on at some point and tell you exactly how much room you need but I know it's a hell of a lot!! Just getting a breeding net won't work for something like angels. Completely different prospect to small livebearers. I would just let nature take it's course and let the eggs get eaten personally.

try to collect as many eggs as u can. bearing in mind that doing it yourself could lead to some eggs cracking and causing some of the fry to have deformaties like fins not growin in the right place or swim bladder being too big so try to be as careful as you can and try to keep the eggs in the water at all time.
also, the eggs need a constant flow going over them otherwise fugus will grow and kill the eggs.
