Angel Fish Growth Over Eye

1 of my angel fish has what looks like a growth on its eye can any one tell me what it could be it is also just staying above my air flow at top of tank not moving
i also have a ram that is lying on bottom sometimes swimming away and then returning to the same place it looks lethargic and i have just noticed it flicking against rocks
can any 1 help me on symptems and any cures or help

You need to post the size of your tank, your water stats, ammonia, nitrite, PH, the age of your tank, maintenance routine, how long the fish have been in the tank and any recent changes. We need a lot of information to try to help.

In the meantime, do daily water changes to get copious amounts of good clean water in there. Start with an 80% water change if you can and then 30% daily after until you are testing your water stats regularly. Then report back.
