if not...then i really am givin up...im cr@p at this stuff...hehehehe...
fish will be dead b4 i get it right...poor thing!!!!

It's still really hard to tell. Start with the salt and melafix. I would say to do the same treatment for either fin rot OR agression. This is what many people do for Bettas, and they can get some nasty fin rot. Keep an eye on it, if it keeps getting worse, then treat with some antibiotics. I really think it is agression, because of how you described it, and that your water stats are all good.

Fin rot is rarely fatal, and with the salt and melafix, if it does get worse, you will have time to treat it.

Step back a little & try another one. The deco in the back, behind the fish is in focus. It's really hard to say.

Thanks all... I have quaratined Paris (the Angel) and administered 'Melafix'...I took the picture into my LFS and they said it def wasn't finrot (pic clearer on camera).

She has cheered up now...more colur and tail is looking better already. She can cope better as less going on in the Q Tank....she seems to be able to get her balance now....
Bless!!!!

Again...thanks for your patience and help.
