Angel Fish Acting Strange

ok so i have 2 angel fish in my large tank atm (and 6 babys ive just brought in a diff tank to grow up a bit )
but my 2 larger fish both about 18 months old have started acting strange, i dont know what sex thay are or even what species thay are i was told one was a koi angel but im not sure tbh, but thay have started locking lips andturning upside down, swimming back and forth and rubbing up against 1 ornament i have in the tank
 
if this good or do thay need seperating

if anyone could sex them for us or tell me if there is anything i need to do to make them happyer ild be delighted,
 
also the ornament in the tank there burshing agenst is where my 12" pleco likes to hide under could this be y there rubbing it and picking at it ?

How big is the tank? How long has it been set up? Did you cycle the filter before adding fish? What other fish are in the tank, and how long have they been in the tank? Why is your water cloudy? Do you have a liquid test kit, and if so what are the parameters? Tell us everything you can think of about the tank.

right this tanks 3 months old
replacement tank, old 1 cracked, all gravel and oraments cam over from last tank only new is some of the plants, 1 clown loach and the sand witch was rinced through, soked for 24 hours and stairad b goin in tank
filter is 800lph, uv treated 3 layer spounge, crymic balls and carbon filter ( 3 chamers ) rinced through old tank water to unclog (1ce a month)
i do a 20% change every sat morning with decloranated water witch is settled for 24 hours b4 i put it in the tank,
ph is 6.6
no3 is lest than 10
no2 is less than 1
gh is >5
kh is 6
temp is at a constant 26.5 ° c
all thats been more or less the same for the last 3 years
water flow speed is slow and carm
the tank its 255lt 6ft long 1ft wide and 1ft6 high
with 1 day sunlight bulb and night time dim blue leds
its sand and gravel with live plant including duck weed, java furns, java moss, christmas moss, and few bits of other tropical broad leaf plants
oraments include fake plant, fake tree bark and river rocks, 2 peaces of real bog wood and 1 little nemo thing the gf put in there and a few othe sticks and logs and things, mostly fake to keep contamanation risk down

1 comon pleco @ 12" (2 years old)
2 angel fish @ 3" (18 month)
2 paerl gourami @ 2.5" (18 month)
3 3 spot gourami @ 3" ( building a bubblenest again ) (18 month)
2 penquin tetra @ 1" (2 years)
5 white cloud minnows @1" (unknown, were in the tank when we brought it found them in black water wilse cleaning and sterlising the tank we qurantiened for 3 weeks b4 entering gen pop)
11 platys @ 1.5" (6 months)
1 chinese algae eate @ 3.5" (2 years)
1 flyingfox algae eater @ 2" (2 years)
3 red eye tetra @ 1.5 (30 months)
1 lemmon tetra @ 1.5 (3 years) my oldest fish but still swimming strong
2 clown loach @ 2" (3 month and 6 month)
5+- rams horn snails
5+- trumpit snails
5+- shoe snails
 
the water isent cloudy its a crappy cam and my magnolia wall behind it with bits of cucumber debres floting around ( that will be gone by tonight)
 
all the fish are perfectly happy and most have been hand reared, never had any sickness in the tank due to a qurantieen system ive set up,
any fry preduced are rasied in a seprat tank and are not intruduced in to this tank incase of cross breading,
