Angel Acting Funny

ok i done a water change 2 days ago and today one of my angels are acting funny. it is like he/she is swimming about blind and can not see any thing. it is bumpping in to lots of things and swimming funny, like it is drunk. there is no sighns of any other probs with it.
have just done a water test and the nitrate is high in the tank at 20ppm all the rest are fine.
All the rest of the fish are good.
Any help whould be good as this is the first prob i have had with the tank in the 20 weeks it has been running.

Did you use a dechlorinating agent in the new water when doing the water change? If not then it is possible you have poisoned your angelfish. Sometimes they come good but most often they don't.
The other option would be there was something like soap in the bucket you used for the water change. You should have a bucket that is used purely for the fish. Get a feltpen and write fish only on the bucket to stop others using it for cleaning the house.
20ppm of nitrate isn't that high.

Yes i put in dechlorinating agent in the tank and allways have had fish only buckets.

was thinking it could be a bacterial infection of the swim bladder?

Well the poor fish did not make it. was only 5-6 hours from getting ill to the end.
is there any thing i need to do to the tank be for i get the angle some new freinds?

leave the tank as is for the next couple of weeks. If everyone else is ok then add some new fish
