This might sound like a daft question, but whats the best way to keep Anacharis at bay. My tanks 70.5 cm deep, and it's growing to the top then getting bigger. The bottom third of the plant is looking rather brown (i guess the top part is getting all the goodness). I've literally ust trimmed the top of it. Is this the best way.

Also can i grow more from the cuttings as i've just basically put the cuttings in another tank???

Also, i have several plants in my tank but they don't seem to be growing much, can anyone suggest some plants that would grow to the height of my tank.

Thanks

giant vallis might be nice... it can easily make it to 70cm. tiger lotus might be good too. as for the egeria.... just cut the top off and plant it beside the other one, and both will grow. or you can pull the plant out, cut off the bottum half and replant it. they should just grow like crazy from cuttings.
