An Angel Fish In My Tank?

I currently have a 100l community tank with 15 neon tetras, 3 sparkling gouramis and 3 amano shrimp. Its very heavily planted and well filtrated (10x per hour). I've seen some tiny baby angelfish at my lfs and fallen in love! I've heard about angels eating neons though, but I would have thought it would be ok if the angel grew up in a tank with neons? Any thoughts?

I've heard some people say that if the angel grows up with the neons that it can sometimes work, also i guess if the neons were full sized that would help too. but angels and pretty quick when they want to be and neons are their natural diet so i wouldn't risk it.
