Amyone Tried These Live Cultures

For Betta food I've seen live culture things on ebay. I've no idea how it works or what they even are. Anyone here do this?

I haven't used them yet but I do have some microworm on order that should receive shortly

I am currently making 3 batches of Infusoria but might end up going for microworms or freed them baby ghost shrimp that are breeding like rabbits for no reason

Are freeze dried blood worms any good? Can I try and hand feed these to my Betta?

When I had a betta, he loved the freeze dried blood worms. I feed them in my community tank now, and they're a big hit.
