Amquel Plus question

Hello. Am wondering if after using Amquel Plus does the ammonium revert back to ammoinia after a period of time? Ive read that this happens after 24 hrs using Prime but have found nothing relating to Amquel Plus. Thanks all.

I'm pretty sure it applies to all water conditioners which detoxify ammonia (and those which also detoxify nitrite)
