my amozon sword plant has a runner comeing off it with
a few roots wich id like to put in a plant pot now iv seen some
in the pet shops near me and it looks like they use rockwool
does any one know if that wat it is

Just cut them off the main plant once they get to a few inches and plant them in the substrate. Don't other with the rock wool
