Hello there, just wondering can i add anymore fish to my tank, or should i remover some? Below is a list of what i have,

10 Neon Tetra
2 Clown Loach
2 Golden Loach
2 Anglefish
2 Golden Gourmari
1 Black Ghost Knifefish
1 Golden Nugget Pleco
2 Kribensis
4 Neon Blue Platys
2 Red Platys
1 Orange Platy
1 Penguin Tetra

The tank is a Juwel Vision 180. There are lots of hiding spaces between plants etc.

Your tank is 47 US gallons that means that conservatively you can fit 47" of adult sized fish in there. You need to look up the eventual adult size for all your fish add them up and if it's over 47" then you are overstocked. If it's under 47" then you've got more room. Off the top of my head you need to allow about 8" each for the clown loach. They'll take many years to reach that size though and some will get bigger. About half an inch for the neons I'd have thought as they produce little waste. So thats about 20" on just those 2 species. You just need to look up the others.

:good:

Id remove the clown loaches because they idealy need atleast 55 gallons.

Off hand, don't add any more fish, also I recommend removing the BGK, they get too large for that size tank, the clown loaches will eventually be 7inches, so they may need to be moved however they grow slowly, so for the time being your fine with them in your tank.

Also, the angel fish will most likely eat the neons eventually. Neons are the natural food of angels in the wild. Also as mentioned, the clowns and knifefish will eventually outgrow the tank.

Thanks for all your replys, ill leave the fish that get big in there fornow then remove them when they get bigger! Ill proberably get a bigger tank eventually when i move out neways!
