Is that your tap water or tank water?

If its tap contact your water supplier, that's waaay above what they can legally supply.

If its your tank you have overdosed it, you don't want to go above 5ppm during a fishless cycle. I would do a 50% water change now and re-test, do further water changes if you need until its down to 5ppm

What source of ammonia are you using?

yeah its my fish tank water im using home base ammonia ill do some water changes

yea sounds like you just put too much in.

Are you cycling using the "add and wait" or "add daily" method?

you will find the calculator at the bottom of this page http://www.fishforums.net/aquarium-calculator.htm helpful for how much ammonia to add

Do a 50% water change asap, leave the tank 30 min and retest you want it at 4ppm max :good:

great only had enough tap-safe for a 10% water change will it be OK until tomorrow
