Ammonia Vs. Nitrate

Im just curious whats more dangerous to the fish... a little ammonia or a high nitrate??

ammonia, nitrate can be safe over 100 easily

Agree with Ian, ammonia is much more harmful.

Scientic research has shown that certain species of fish can live in levels of nitrate as high as 1000ppm!!!
