Amber In Tank

Hello,
In my tank I have orange/brown kind of pebbles and while being at the beach yesterday I gathered quite a few beautiful amber stones,they would look amazing in my tank!
Is it ok or would it harm the fish in any way?

Wash them thoroughly and pour hot/boiling water over them. Leave them to soak in a bucket for around a week then check the pH of the water. If its different than the pH of your tank, do not use them.
