Amazon Leaf Fish

Hi guys
Im from Peru and where i live it is hard t get fishes, i found a feaffish and the guy told me that he feed him 1 a week but i read do they eat dayly fishes (almost there weigth). I want that fish but i want to now how much food i will need i have some guppyes and sword tailed so it is not a problem have 1 fish per day but get like 3 fish it is not easy for me here.

yes that is my main leguage.
that is the only info i can find, i read too that the can eat like for tetras per day so i think that is lest than his weigth and yi read too they can eat alot and get ready for times with no food. the guy in the store told me that he give him 1 platty every week!!!!. i think i can keep better that fish than that guy and i have to move a red tailed balck shark (i got exited beacuse it is almost imposbile to find asian fishes here) so i will make a new tank and get a cuple more of female guppyes

Peru? You wouldn't believe it, but we get a lot of our wild caught fish from there and I would actually very much like to go collecting fish there! Which part of the country are you in?

im in the south andes in cusco, here people dont take care of animals. the pople how sell fishes dont know anithing, and only are few how knows about fishes. It is diferent in Lima (the capital) where you can get more things. i found in the same places a 2 beautifulls Tiger Knife Fishes!.
