Heres the tank it's a 75G

Ok it's not my tank. I was curious in light of the recent thread regarding the hostility in this forum what would happen if a forum member who wasn't a newbie posted a question with an obvious answer.

For those who are interested the picture came from an e-bay auction where the person was selling this tank and it's inhabitants.

ummm....the dimensions of the tank would be useful because the tank is larger, as well as the fish who are in there. Just looking at the picture, it does looked a little cramped in there  but that is my opinion. Also, what do your water stats look like, and how long has the tank been set up?

Aside from the fish you can see there is a blue gouramis in there somewhere.

IMHO
just having the arrowana alone is overstocked

Aros (of any breed) need a minimum of 150+ gallons (180 US IIRC) and that is for the much smaller breeds.

That tank is massively overstocked. Is it yours?

I think whoever owns that tank needs a serious kick in the backside :sly: Or maybe we should send someone round their house to shout at them for a bit :D Moohahahahahaha..... Yup, its very, very overstocked. I think you need about 75g for one oscar and a plec or something, but with that many massive fish... yup, kicking it is. LOL, joke, joke :p

Now which young friend is that?

FWIW when I saw that tank on E-bay I nearly died.
