Why should I tell you?
Ok, I have 11 platy fry, 2 small rainbowfish in a 21 gallon tank, with a fluval 2+ filter. I change 10% water each week, and also I vaccum a different part of the gravel each week, and I rinse the filter sponges in old tank water along with all this. Am I Overstocking?
Plus, I feel like adding another female rainbow, and three guppies, how many of the platies should I give to my LFS?

Are you overstocked now? I would have to say no. Will you be overstocked later? yes. I am geussing the fry are no bigger than this ___?

You might have to give afew away once they grow up.depending on your filtration

I would say even if you kept them you would not be overstocked. UK gallons are bigger than US gallons, meaning you have even more water then what Tank212 may have though, because the location is in the US. You may want to get a real filter instead of the sponge one, but it all should be fine.

even if you go but 1 inch per gallon, platties are usually maxed out at one inch, so 11 inches, but you should say the rainbow fish, but I am guessing theyre the neons, which are about 3 each, so 6 , 11 plus the 6 is 17 inches of fish.

platies max at 2 inches thats 22 fish plus the 6 28, you can get away with it just keep it clean.

no, there are only two rainbow fish, not 6. Plus, platties usually dont get over 1 inch, maybe 1.5

like a power filter, not a sponge filter.

plus the 6 is the 6 inches of the two rainbows!! and I have two full grown platies that are 2 inches I have kept platies along time and none have stayed under 2 inches.

arent u.k gallons smaller than u.s?
platies grow to over 2 inches if given the room to do so and rainbows are pretty big too. so i would say that you may be a touch over the stocking limit.
cant you sell most of the young ones?

If you have 11 platy fry now, you will have plenty more by the end of summer. Seperate the males from the females as early as you can tell them apart. Breeding is fun, being over run is a pain.

Tolak

I would also advise you separate or rehome the platy fry once they start to mature into adult fish, you don't want inbreeding or unesarsary breeding and you are bound to end up with uneven gender numbers anyway in the batch- you generally tend to get more males than females with platy fry.
