Am I Overstocked ?

Ok, so I upgraded my tank this summer to a 90 gallon from a 65
Have 2 Rena XP3 Filters running
I do 25% Water changes weekly with full Gravel Vac
Water Param are all good. Ammonia-0 Nitrite-0 Nitrate 5-10 ppm Ph 7.2 to 7.4 Neutral
I have 2 karella pumps going a size 1 and 2 on each end of tank aimed up toward surface
Also have a AZoo bat backup w/ 2 airstones , one at each end going all the time
Plenty of Malapani wood

My stocking is as follows

1 Royal Pleco 3"
1 Flash Pleco 2-21/2 "
school of 12 Rummynose Tetra's
1 flying fox 3"
2 Lg angelfish- Paired, have not laid eggs for over 5 months probably but always doing the mating rituals and liplocking routine.
6 coradora catfish
2 Clown Loaches 3" & 4"
2 tiny octocinclus Catfish
1 7" BGK - hides in his log all day , active at night
1 small 2 to 2 1/2 " Red spotted golden Severum

I added the severum Saturday upon the sugestion of my brothers saltwater fish maint person who comes to our home every 3 weeks to test his water par and stuff. He is also the one who did all the work setting my 90 gallon up and moving all my fish this summer with no problems whatsoever.
I added the severum as advised to have more mid water fish to watch as most of my fish are bottom dwellers with exception to the small school of rummynose tetra and the 2 angelfish.

The tank still does not look all that active as many of my fish other than the Angels and Clowns are and BGK are relatively small.

What do you all think ? Just wanted some opinions.

I would say understocked personally, your equipment and husbandry sounds excellent, with the fish at those sizes and largely slow growers bar the severum (who is ok in a tank that size anyway) I would say you could add more, just choose your stocking wisely, you have a very interesting mix there (i.e. tiny oto's with a 7 inch bgkf, hope they last in there!)
