just going to set mine up using the recipe in the pinned thread, it says add sugar to the first line..... some other stuff... then water to the second line.

i can't see any lines on the cannister!!

help

Inside the canister there sould be 4 bits of plastic coming out of the main body, one running from the bottom to a inch bellow the top and three going about a inch up from yhe bottom. fill with sugar to the level of the 3 short ones and add water to the top of the long one.

Hope this helps.

aaah i thought that might be it, thanks :good:

lol, i know you know this but that "other stuff" (ie yeast!) is what is going to be creating your co2! it deserves some recognition! :shout:

How long before you should see any bubbles...mine has been connected for 24 hours and nothing as of yet. I did all that I was supposed to do according to the directions.

I saw bubbles after 3 hours or so, but it depends on your room temperature and temperature of the water you used in the making of the solution.

Will it eventually bubble, though? I used lukewarm water and I beleive it was around 70 in the house.

I saw bubbles pretty quickly too, used the stock sachet to see if it worked (some say the stock sachets can be useless so maybe yours are?) otherwise I was going to go for the homebrew method pinned to this forum.

I am now getting a bubble every 4-5 seconds, though it did peak after a few days and I was getting one bubble every 1-2 seconds.

Did you stir the mix before putting the lid on? Try swilling the bottle around gently if you didn't, or try this anyway?!

Tried all that and I'm getting nothing.
Warm/hot-ish water, in a kitchen, nothing

The same happens with me, after about 24 hours bubbles appear, any longer than this could mean it's not working properly or the temperature outside the container is too low. Check all conections.

mine wasn't bubbling at all, so this morning i gave it a really good shake and it started bubbling away :good:
