Already Bought Bogwood Planted.

I was given a piece of Bogwood with the plant already growing off it.
What is its name....It has quite broad dark leaves and is growing rapidly.

Also how do i extend it onto other Bogwood , just tie some more bogwood to it and it will spread?

It is growing like mad. Which is what i wanted so i am pleased but now i need to spread it.

I also bought some Columbi....And it just broke off bit by bit.....Useless.

Its probably anubias, you can cut it into half and attach both to wood, but I wouldn’t do this unless you know what you are doing. Probably easier just to get a second plants and tie it to the other piece of bogwood, plants are only around 4-6quid each.

I'll guess Java Fern - Annubis dosnt grow fast and is small leaved really...

If it is java fern, wait untill it starts sprouting new plants from its leaves and then pull them off and then binding them to the new bit of wood with fishing line

Or just cut the rihzone in half and split the plant like that. (the brown bit at the bottom that the leaves grow from)

Or you could buy some plantlets off me - PM me if interested.
